5 Quick Facial Exercises To Look Younger & Naturally Beautiful!

Hey loves! Welcome back to my channel Defining Glamour! In today’s video I will be showing you guys my five quick facial
exercises to look younger and beautiful this is something that I do additionally
with my skincare routine every other day so I will talk about the benefits of
these facial exercises and how long you should be doing them in order to keep
your skin looking young and beautiful so let’s go ahead and get started so the
first exercise is called oval of the face so this helps to strengthen the
oval or any shape of your face and stimulate the entire lower face and
helps get rid of a double chin this is one of my very first skincare exercises
that I start with it’s super effective with your mouth open press the under
side of your chin against your fist try to push your chin downward while pushing
your fist upward maintain the tension for 5 seconds then release I usually
repeat this ten times the second quick facial exercise that I do to look
younger and naturally beautiful is for the lips I have been following this
exercise to stimulate collagen production and blood circulation it
reinforces the contour of the mouth and makes the lips look fuller so all I do
in this exercise is press the lips together pushing them forward in an
exaggerated manner and as a feel on it to kiss maintain maximum tension hold
for five seconds then release and repeat this ten times quick facial exercise
that I’ve followed to look younger naturally beautiful it has called the
corners of the mouth and this exercise the lips are stretched and the cheeks
and the dimple area are firm this smooths out the unattractive creases
around the mouth smile by slightly pulling the corners of your mouth
outward without crinkling your eyes the rest of your face should remain in
mobile the fourth quick facial exercise to look
younger and naturally beautiful is the upper lip this facial exercise helps you
to have full and beautiful lips especially by filling out the
upper lip press your upper lip against your lower lip while drawing your lips
in so that you can see the top of your upper lip fill out maintain the tension
for five seconds then release repeat 10 times and the last quick facial exercise
that I use in my skincare routine that you can follow as well to look younger
and beautiful is the outer corner of the eyes working these muscles help to
tighten the skin at the corner of the eyes smoothing out the area where crow’s
feet can form place your fingers on your temples so that you can properly feel
