How to make honeybee cosmetics at home / Face cream & Soap

I visited a honey shop in a luxury residential
area near New York. It is not only food that is lined up there. Various cosmetics made from bee products such
as honey and royal jelly are on display. “It’s very popular because it uses all natural
materials.” So, this time, we will introduce the world
of cosmetics using honeybee products. One of the five Great Lakes of North America,
Lake Huron Mr. Kirizusky and his wife are beekeeping
nearby. They started beekeeping 10 years ago. They became interested after finding a large
group of bees forming a nest on a tree in the garden. They use the harvest to make cosmetics. One of them is soap. Three types of natural materials are used
for the resin. (coconut oil, cocoa butter and lanolin( wool
grease) Add caustic soda and add honey while emulsifying. Pour the well-mixed material into a mold,
and when it has hardened, place it in a handmade frame and cut it. Done! Next is face cream. The main ingredients are beeswax and 2 types
of natural oils (jojoba oil, apricot oil). Vitamin E, royal jelly, and 2 types of essential
oils (rosemary and green tea) are added to this and mixed well. Finished! Jody, uses cosmetics made by herself every
day. How is your skin feeling? “It feels very moist.” “The things that honeybees make are good
both inside and outside the body.” “They’re healthy.” The beekeeping road that began with an encounter
with bees. Healthy days led by that blessing of honeybees.
